When will I receive my order?

Usually all orders will process within 2-5 hours & local deliveries within UAE will be done within 1 business day after the order has been processed & international deliveries will be done in 1-2 working days after the order has been processed.
All orders will process and ship from Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on Weekends and Public Holidays according to UAE.
You will receive an email once your product(s) has been shipped.
Note: International deliveries timeline also depends on custom clearance in destination country.
About Customs, Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped outside United Arab Emirates may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; alsayad.net has no control over these charges, nor can alsayad.net predict what they may be.

We ship to United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Also, you can check “My Orders” section in your alsayad.net “My Account” dashboard.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, you can login and find all of your orders under “My Account” dashboard.
Do you deliver to PO box numbers?
Yes, our couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers, we make deliveries to a physical location, we can ship to forwarding PO Boxes such as Shop & Ship..etc.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email to [email protected] or talk to us via the website chat support or our phone number +971 544962331 within 24 hours of your confirmation of order. If your order is not shipped we will cancel the order and will process a full refund. “Instant Delivery” items are non-refundable (cannot cancel them).
In case the order is canceled after the shipment dispatched, we will refund the amount after deducting a standard restocking fee of AED35 plus shipping fee.
Cancelation after receiving the order will be considered under our Return Policy
*Refund will be sent within 3-5 working days.

I’ve put the wrong address on my order. What shall I do?

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum value for your orders to be accepted.

How long do refunds take?

Generally, we don’t do usual monetary refunds. if eligible for a refund, you will get a refund within 3-5 working days from us receiving the product. Refunds are processed via a case by case basis.
